Event Assistant
Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed. Duties
Event Planning Support
Assist in the coordination and planning of events, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor management.
Logistics Management
Help manage event logistics such as transportation, setup, and teardown. Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and in good condition.
On-Site Assistance
Provide on-site support during events, including managing event flow, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and clients.
Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates as needed. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of event details, prepare reports, and assist with invoicing and budgeting as required.
Marketing Support
Contribute to the development of event marketing materials and promotions. Assist with social media and digital marketing efforts related to events.

Qualifications
Experience
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
